It has often been said that children are the church of tomorrow - We disagree!!

Children & Youth are very much the church of today!!

They can worship, fellowship, witness & serve just like the individuals in any other age bracket & the kids at Fredericton Community Church do!

If you're children are bored, or lonely or just need some spiritual education - there's a place at FCC for them!

Here's just some of our programs.....

Kids Programs & Activities

Nursery - Unsupervised nursery is available.  One parent or guardian will need to be with them at all times

Sunday School - Aimed at kids aged 0 to 10, this program takes place on Sunday mornings at 9:45am, before the main Family Worship Service. The children are divided into classes, based on age & ability to understand. This is where they are taught the foundations of the Christian faith

Crosszones - This is a discipleship program aimed at 11 to 14 year old's. It also takes place on Sunday mornings at 9:45am. This program not only re-emphasises the fundamentals of the Christian faith, but it also teaches the kids how to live out their faith in the world as it is today.

Learners Band - For kids who have expressed an interest in music, this program takes place on Wednesday evenings at 6pm. Kids are taught the rudiments of music, as well as the practicalities of playing a brass instrument. It is usually best for kids to start in this program after the age of 7, as basic alphabetic & numeric skills are needed before they can learn. There is also a spiritual component to this program in that the kids are taught to give their abilities & talents back to God. Playing in the band is considered service to God.

Junior Youth Group - Usually held on a Friday night at 6:30pm, this is a fun program for the kids. It is aimed at 5 to 12 year old's and it involves games, crafts and other activities to grab their attention. This program is primarily an outreach program aimed at attracting new kids from the community into our fellowship. Occasionally it will be scheduled to be held on a Saturday afternoon - if a special activity has been organised for that time.

Puppet Ministry - practices are arranged as necessary and any kid with the interest and capacity to participate is welcome. Puppet performances are given during regular Sunday worship services or on other special occasions, as arranged.
